~Three mornings with 12yr old girl (640-840am)

Our schedule is a little variable week to week, but I would always pay you for the full 2 hours three mornings a week. In return, I would expect that you will be available from 6:40 to 8:40am on Mondays and Fridays and from 7:10 to 8:40am on Thursdays, and that you would give me at least 6 weeks' notice for any schedule changes so I can arrange for backup care. I don't have any flexibility to be late on mornings when I am on call or scheduled in surgery, and I need to be able to 100% rely on my daughter being in safe hands when I'm at work.
