About the Family:
A family in Upper Queen Anne is seeking an experienced, energetic nanny to care for their sweet 16-month-old son. They are looking for someone who is excited to become an important part of his early years and build a long-term relationship with their family.
Their son is curious, observant, and active. He loves books, music, outdoor adventures, climbing, water play, and exploring the world around him. The family is looking for a nanny who has a strong understanding of toddler development and truly enjoys this stage of childhood. They hope to find someone who recognizes that toddlers thrive with patience, consistency, empathy, and age-appropriate boundaries while allowing trust and connection to develop naturally.
They value connection, empathy, and helping children work through big emotions while providing structure and guidance. They are also a bilingual family, so someone who appreciates and respects Mandarin culture would be a wonderful bonus.

CPR/First Aid certification, excellent references, and a reliable work history are required. The family maintains a screen-free environment for their son during the day.

About Our Placement Process:
We are a local, Seattle-based, woman-owned nanny placement team that has worn many hats from nannies, to moms, to business owners. We work differently than traditional agencies: our role is to advocate for nannies, not just place them.
We provide support with contract review and negotiation, ensure expectations are clear and fair from the start, and offer ongoing support throughout the entire contract, not just during the hiring process.
If this role isn’t the right fit, our application also allows you to indicate interest in future opportunities as they become available.
