Nanny Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong infant experience and a solid understanding of child development. They should be organized, dependable, and deeply trustworthy, with the ability to engage infants through age-appropriate activities while maintaining established routines. A calm, patient presence and enjoyment of outdoor time are important for this role.
Primary responsibilities focus on infant care, including feeding, routines, engagement, and outings. Baby-related meal prep once solids are introduced may be included. Light household support beyond general tidying is appreciated but not required and will be discussed and agreed upon at hire.

We are a local, Seattle-based, woman-owned nanny placement team that has worn many hats from nannies, to moms, to business owners. We work differently than traditional agencies: our role is to advocate for nannies, not just place them.
We provide support with contract review and negotiation, ensure expectations are clear and fair from the start, and offer ongoing support throughout the entire contract, not just during the hiring process.
