About the Family:
The family is looking for someone they can trust and feel completely comfortable leaving their daughter with each day. One parent works from home part-time, so they would love someone who communicates well and is comfortable working alongside a work-from-home parent while independently managing the baby's day.
Nanny Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with preschool-aged children and toddlers, whether in a nanny setting, school, or both. They should be warm, dependable, and confident in guiding children through play, learning, and daily routines. A proactive, go-with-the-flow attitude and genuine love for working with kids are important. Comfort supporting outdoor activities and exploration is key. Vietnamese speaking is a plus.

About Our Placement Process:
We are a local, Seattle-based, woman-owned nanny placement team that has worn many hats from nannies, to moms, to business owners. We work differently than traditional agencies: our role is to advocate for nannies, not just place them.
We provide support with contract review and negotiation, ensure expectations are clear and fair from the start, and offer ongoing support throughout the entire contract, not just during the hiring process.
